I'm Marcia, founder of Creating Spaces and an architecturally trained residential remodeling design Consulting with more than 56 years of experience helping clients create homes that work better for the way they live. Creating Spaces is proudly woman-owned and run, and my passion has always been helping homeowners make confident remodeling decisions before construction begins.
Every home has its own story, challenges, and possibilities. That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I take the time to understand what matters most to each client, explore creative possibilities together, and develop practical designs that improve everyday living while keeping construction costs in mind.
